Cheswardine Parish Hall is hosting a gathering of classic cars on 'Drive it Day', Sunday 27th April 2025. Breakfast baps, tea, and coffee will be available for sale. A collection will be taken for Children in Need. Entry is free. Please come and join us.

This year, and for the first time, the Mayor of Shrewsbury is holding a Charity Fete at The Quarry in Shrewsbury on Monday May 5th - a Bank Holiday. The aim of the event is fun and entertainment for the whole family, with a sub-theme of promoting well-being by providing a range of stalls, exhibitors and interactive displays, along with music and catering. It's planned to raise funds for Shropshire Mental Heath Support and Omega - Ending Isolation | Ending Loneliness The Shropshire Classics Club has been invited to attend and will have a stand and intend to display a number of their member's vehicles, with their owners available to interact with the public. If you would like to display your car please contact Pryce by Sunday March 23rd. You need to be aware that vehicle access to the ground is between 0800 and 0945, and you will not then be allowed to move your vehicle until 1600. Public access to the event is from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
